You may make substitutions at any time but please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Regrettably, no refund can be made for cancellations received less than 20 working days prior to the event. This will also apply to delegates who are unable to attend on the day, as a no show will be recorded as a a cancellation. All cancellations must be made in writing and those notified prior to 20 working days before the event will carry a 20% administration fee. Speaker and Consultant Changes: Occasionally it is necessary for reasons beyond our control to alter the contents and timing of the programme or the identity of our speakers and consultants.
