Semta facilitates the delivery of government funding to cover the cost of apprenticeship training and works with companies in its sector to develop and up-skill staff.

Semta is the Sector Skills Council for Science, Engineering and Manufacturing Technologies and aims to address the sector’s skills needs, providing expert support to improve performance and growth.
