Commercial Opportunities

A range of commercial opportunities exist for relevant companies and organisations wishing to reach and target our highly influential readership. Given that the financial model of the publication is largely based on generating subscription revenue, there will not be a BPA or ABC audit, and the amount of copies published per issue will vary enormously, depending on the marketing ‘push’ for that month. Distribution figures for each particular month of circulation can, however, be verified by reference to our independent mailing house.

Initial distribution of The BoardRoom will be to the Non Executive Director members of the BoardEx database (www.boardex.com) (please see below for more details on BoardEx). This database comprises every current NED from the FTSE 350 and AIM exchanges.

In addition to BoardEx, we will be distributing early issues of The BoardRoom to the NED Worker Initiative of Russam GMS (www.russam-gms.co.uk) (please see below for more details on Russam GMS).

The first two issues will have an initial circulation of approximately 10,000 copies, encouraging recipients to subscribe to the publication.

The BoardRoom will carry a limited amount of display advertising, the price for which will be determined on a sliding scale, dependent upon the circulation for that particular month. The journal will also look for relevant partners to write a regular monthly column or update on pertinent issues.
