MG Rover Parts sale complete

Caterpillar Logistics Services and Phoenix Venture Holdings have announced the completion of the sale of MG Rover’s parts business.
On 9 July, 2004 Phoenix announced that it had agreed to sell the parts business of MG Rover Group to Caterpillar. Following receipt of regulatory approval the acquisition was completed on 27 August, 2004.
