Deloitte & Touche / Andersen UK, Deloitte & Touche signs deal with Andersen UK

Deloitte & Touche has concluded an agreement with Andersen UK under which partners and staff from Andersen will join the firm.

Although the transaction is subject to regulatory consent, the partner groups of both firms have already voted overwhelmingly in its favour.

The transaction includes partners and staff in all of Andersen UK’s practice and builds further upon Deloitte’s success in reaching agreements with Andersen partners in other key markets, including Spain and Portugal, and the US and Latin America.

John Connolly will remain Chief Executive and Senior Partner of the enlarged firm. A number of Andersen partners will join the Board and Executive team.
