Aston Martin is facing hundreds of angry workers today in rows over wages.
The luxury car manufacturer will see its employees strike for an hour today followed by a further ban on overtime.
The Members of the Transport and General Workers union voted to take action in a disagreement over a two-year pay offer.
The union, which claims to have more than 650 members at Aston, believes that “the company hasn't done enough to sort out the problems with the pay structures.”
