Exel Eagle Soars at SME09
company news from Exel Computer Systems
29 September 2009
Exel Computer Systems plc, the leading UK based author of business management systems announced it received very strong interest in its Eagle FSM solution during the company’s successful debut at the Service Management Exhibition at the NEC, Birmingham. In what was a vibrant, well attended exhibition, the entire Exel team were regularly engaged in talking to interested delegates and demonstrating the Eagle FSM solution.
During the two day exhibition Exel spoke to over fifty different companies with Marketing Manager, Jonathan Orme, describing a high proportion of these expressing a very high level of interest. “The consistent feedback we received was that companies looking for a FSM solution recognised a growing differentiation between older technology and modern, fully integrated systems that can fully unlock the power of the internet to provide the real time, seamless exchange of data that businesses in this sector need to succeed.”
He continues, “We spoke to a good number of companies that were using a host of smaller packages loosely bolted together. As competition within this sector increases driven by customer expectation, companies simply can’t reliably deliver the consistent service levels without a fully integrated approach. And customers increasingly will switch their business to the Service Management company that can deliver the best results.”
