The Department of Commerce, Census Bureau reported today that new orders for manufactured goods increased $1.1 billion or 0.3 percent to $343.0 billion in February
New orders for manufactured durable goods in February increased $4.4 billion or 2.5 percent to $183.9 billion, revised from the previously published $4.5 billion increase. Shipments of manufactured durable goods in February, up five of the last six months, increased $1.6 billion or 0.9 percent to $187.8 billion, revised from the previously published $1.4 billion increase.
Unfilled orders of manufactured durable goods in February, up six of the last seven months, increased $2.9 billion or 0.6 percent to $509.0 billion, revised from the previously published $2.8 billion increase.
