Supply chain logistics provider and aluminum maker Park-Ohio Holdings Corp. announced it has acquired the Automotive Components Group of Amcast Industrial Corporation
Supply chain logistics provider and aluminum maker Park-Ohio Holdings Corp. announced it has acquired the Automotive Components Group of Amcast Industrial Corporation. The acquisition includes operations in Ohio, Indiana, and Wisconsin.
Park-Ohio hopes the Amcast Automotive Components acquisition will enhance their existing aluminum business with new customers and products.
