According to the Administrative Office of the US Courts, commercial bankruptcy filings declined in the past year ended June 30th.

According to the Administrative Office of the US Courts, commercial bankruptcy filings declined in the past year ended June 30th. Business filings dipped from 37,182 the previous year to 35,739 this last year.
