New CFO for Cardinal Health

Cardinal Health Inc. announced the hiring of a new chief financial officer to replace interim CFO J. Michael Losh.
Jeffrey Henderson, president and general manager of Eli Lilly Canada Inc., will be Cardinal’s new CFO. Henderson will replace Losh, who took over after the resignation of Richard Miller who quit last summer amid an SEC investigation over how the company classifies revenue from its pharmaceutical distribution business.
"Jeff brings a wealth of leadership experience to Cardinal Health, including uncompromising standards for business and fiscal management and a passion for achieving the high goals he establishes," said Robert Walter, Cardinal's chairman and chief executive.
Losh will remain on Cardinal's board of directors.
