The board of directors of diversified component manufacturer Patrick Industries has announced that its former president and CEO, David D. Lung, has resigned as a member of the company’s board.
The company also announced that Paul E. Hassler, the current president and CEO of Patrick Industries, was unanimously elected by the board of directors to fill the vacancy. Hassler was elected president and CEO of the Company in February 2004. Lung had been president and CEO from 2000 to 2003.
Patrick Industries is a major manufacturer of component products and distributor of building products, based in Elkhart, IN, and serving the manufactured housing, recreational vehicle, kitchen cabinet, furniture, marine, and industrial and architectural markets. It is a $300 million company with locations in 13 states and over 31 manufacturing and distribution centers.
