Milestone announces milestone—of CFO resignation

Medical equipment manufacturer Milestone Scientific today announced that Kevin Lusardi has resigned his position as chief financial officer of the company and that he will be working as a consultant to the company.
Milestone also announced the appointment of Rosaline Shau as acting chief financial officer and acting chief accounting officer. Shau joined Milestone as assistant controller in October 2004.
Milestone Scientific develops, manufactures and markets anesthetic-delivery systems, sharps safety equipment, and teeth-whitening systems, among other products.
