Neenah Paper selects Perot Systems

IT service provider Perot Systems today announced that paper manufacturer Neenah Paper selected the company to provide implementation of Oracle’s business applications for its headquarters and mill locations in the US and Canada.

Under terms of the contract, Perot Systems will implement the enterprise resource planning system at Neenah Paper’s headquarters and mills located in Wisconsin, Michigan and Canada.

“We selected Perot Systems as a strategic vendor partner to assist Neenah Paper in the successful execution of our business plans related to process improvements and systems integration,” said Dennis Runsten, vice president of supply chain and information technology for Neenah Paper.

Keys to the selection, according to Runsten, were Perot Systems’ experience in providing ERP consulting and technology-based business solutions for manufacturing customers, the company’s quality and references, and its numerous successful Oracle and other complex ERP systems implementations.

Neenah Paper is based in Alpharetta, GA, and has manufacturing operations in Wisconsin, Michigan, and in the Canadian provinces of Ontario and Nova Scotia.

Perot Systems is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions. Headquartered in Plano, TX, the company reported 2004 revenue of $1.8 billion. The company has more than 15,000 associates located in North America, Europe, and Asia.
