Procter & Gamble Co. has filed two suits, against Percara Enterprises and Cumberland Swan Holdings, for trademark infringement, among other claims.
Procter & Gamble contends that the two companies produce look-alikes meant to confuse buyers.
Procter holds the trademark for such familiar products as Secret and Red Zone deodorants, Pantene, and Head & Shoulders haircare products, and Old Spice scents. Each of those products is named in the suits.
