Fabcon appoints new operations director

Precast concrete wall manufacturer Fabcon has promoted Dave Henderson to director of operations at its Savage, MN, headquarters.
Henderson will oversee company-wide implementation of advanced manufacturing systems, such as Fabcon's automation and lean manufacturing initiatives. “Dave's exceptional leadership and wide-ranging experience make him ideally suited to reach critical decisions and provide the strategic direction necessary to manage our operations,” said, Mike Le Jeune, president and CEO of Fabcon.
Fabcon operates production facilities in Indiana, Minnesota, Ohio and Pennsylvania. The 35 year old company produces and installs precast concrete panels throughout the Midwest and Eastern United States and Canada.
