J&J buys Pfizer consumer products

Johnson & Johnson will acquire Pfizer's consumer-products division for $16.6 billion, chiefly in cash.
Pfizer, best known for Viagra, has a rich portfolio of consumer products as well, including Listerine, Neosporin and Visine, as well as such over-the-counter drugs as Nicorette, Zantac and Sudafed.
