GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., October 24, 2006 – Stiles Machinery has annoucned a horizontal drill and dowel insertion machine that processes parts with high speed and accuracy.
The Weeke ABD 100 is a perfect compliment to a nested-based CNC machining center or it can function independently as a stand-alone solution for horizontal drilling, gluing and dowel insertion. Increasing efficiency by minimizing set-up times and maximizing production times, the ABD 100 drills, glues and inserts dowels within seconds. The ABD 100 comes standard with Windows-based WoodWOP software, fiber-optic cables for communication between the drive system and the machine control, as well as remote/web-based diagnostics for technical support.
