Advanced Technology Services, Inc., (ATS), an industry leader in managed production equipment maintenance, industrial parts repair and innovative IT solutions, has opened its first international office in Monterrey, Mexico.
The Mexico operation marks the first step in the ATS's international expansion plan. ATS provides expertise in factory production asset management through the local skilled workforce for established and prospective ATS customers conducting business in Mexico.
"We are steadily expanding our footprint outside of the United States and see more growth opportunity in Mexico", said the company's president, Jeffrey Owens. "Our commitment to our customers and proven track record in the rapidly-expanding factory asset maintenance services market will serve us well as we broaden our international presence. We also plan to expand our focus to a growing array of vertical markets in 2007."
The Monterrey facility currently employs eighty personnel, and ATS expects to double that number in 2007. The company will continue its international growth in 2007 by expanding its operations in Mexico even further and establishing offices in the UK.
