TBM Consulting Group opens office in India

GURGAON, INDIA – April 12, 2007 – TBM Consulting Group, the global business improvement leader for the manufacturing and service sectors, announced today the opening of a new office here to provide LeanSigma management tools and consulting services to manufacturing companies in India. This marks TBM’s second office location in Asia…the other in Shanghai.
Devraj Singh, former chief executive and business leader in the manufacturing and process industries, will head the office and country practice in India as Managing Director. Devraj brings more than 30 years experience in business strategy, appraisals, valuation and risk assessment, turnaround management, collaborations, corporate planning, culture transformation and organization building. Prior to TBM, Devraj was Vice President of SRF, Ltd and head of the company’s prestigious nylon tire cord project in Dubai.
Under Devraj’s leadership, the office will help India-based companies implement LeanSigma, the fusion of the best business improvement practices from Toyota and GE, in order to generate significant competitive advantage and sustainable growth.
