This month, manufacturers will gather in Washington for NAM’s Manufacturers’ Week in Washington: 72 Hours to Educate and Celebrate.
The event takes place February 11 to 13 and will include NAM’s Congressional Awards Reception. There will be also be fly-ins for Kentucky, Minnesota, New England, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the Southeast and National Public Affairs Steering Committee meeting. According to NAM, the meeting will be an opportunity for manufacturers to meet legislators to impress on them why manufacturing matters and why manufacturers believe so strongly in a pro-growth, pro-worker agenda. On Tuesday February 11, manufacturers will attend a reception and dinner with Morton Kondrake, executive editor of Roll Call.
