Nissan Expands Factory Plans

Nissan announced recently that it is expanding its plans for the Canton, Mississippi manufacturing car plant. The revised plans include 1,300 new jobs and an increase in annual production to 400,000 vehicles a year. The plant will open in the spring of 2003.
