GE Sensing completes the acquisition of Rhoenik

GE Sensing & Inspection Technologies, a unit of GE Enterprise Solutions (NYSE:GE), announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Rheonik, a leading manufacturer of high accuracy coriolis mass flowmeters used in the oil & gas, process and power industries. The transaction, terms of which are not being disclosed, was completed upon receipt of required regulatory approvals.
