Grace Gilling

Managing Director
Grace has been working for Hennik Research, publishers of The Manufacturer since 2010. She worked her way up from events administrator to operations manager before being made managing director in 2016. She works with the leadership team to ensure the successful delivery of The Manufacturer’s events, publishing and awards portfolio for our clients and audience.

Henry is passionate about manufacturing and its role as the backbone for the future of the global economy. As director of Hennik Research, publishers of The Manufacturer, Henry manages our commercial activities, developing new concepts and products for our readership. He builds bridges between the manufacturing community and the services sector that supports it.

Strategic Accounts Director & Head of Sales
Stuart has been creating and delivering support programmes for manufacturing business leaders for over 14 years. At The Manufacturer he is responsible for our strategic client accounts and ensuring they receive the best possible service. You will also find him hosting round tables and focus groups with industry’s leading figures. Stuart is fascinated by the industry’s people; their creativity, determination, and passion. He is a huge advocate for industry collaborating to mutual success and excited by the opportunities technology can offer.

Nick has an Economics degree and an MBA. He was instrumental in the development of The Manufacturer and Hennik Research. He is now focussed on strategic alliances and working with the wider Nineteen Group to generate new revenues streams and seek out new alliances and partnerships.

Head of Projects
Lauren oversees many of the major projects undertaken by The Manufacturer, including the management of the company’s customer data and also contributes to its events operations. Lauren has a focus on the ensuring the smooth operation of The Manufacturer and is referred to as the glue, which binds the team together.
Joe Bush

Joe Bush

Editor of The Manufacturer
Joe is an experienced print and online journalist with a background in manufacturing, engineering, automation and electronics. Joe heads up The Manufacturer Editorial team and is responsible for content across the publishing portfolio, covering the length and breath of the UK manufacturing sector and the challenges currently being faced including supply chain, digital transformation, sustainability and skills. He also heads-up The Manufacturer Top 100 Awards which celebrates the best of manufacturing talent. He has previously been editor of a range of industrial titles including Electrical Engineering, Energy Management, Industrial Compliance, Automation, Components in Electronics and Electronic Specifier.

As Marketing Manager at The Manufacturer, Linh oversees marketing and branding strategies, manages digital campaigns across multiple channels to grow audiences for various prestigious awards and summits, including The Manufacturer MX Awards, Manufacturing Leaders’ Summit, Manufacturing Digitalisation Summit, SME Growth Summit, and Industrial Data Summit.
