Who should attend?

Each tour showcases specific topics and specialities of that manufacturing plant. You can choose a tour which fits your requirements the best, we would be happy to discuss your options with you.

Factory Tours are for manufacturers only.

How do I book for the factory tours?

There are a number of ways you can do this:

  1. Book your place via the Register page.
  2. Complete the booking form on the brochure
  3. Contact us directly, please see Contact Us page for more information.

Do I have to pay the factory tour fee when booking or can I pay later?

You will receive an invoice once we have received a completed registration form. The payment will need to be completed before the Factory Tour date.

I haven’t had confirmation of my  factory tour booking yet, when should I expect it?

should receive confirmation of booking within 1 working day via email. If you haven’t received this please check your junk folder on your email account before contacting us. If you still haven’t had confirmation please contact our events team on [email protected]

I cannot attend the factory tour anymore, what should I do?

Please contact our event team on 020 7401 6033 (opt 3) or email  [email protected] who will be able to advise you of your options.

What if I’m running late?

Just let us know by calling the head office on 020 7401 6033. We will ensure a message gets to the host site.

Are presentations available after the event?

Presentations are only made available at the host’s discretion. Please get in contact with us via phone or email indicated on the Contact Us page

I am planning on driving, is car parking available on site?

Travelling information can be found in the specific Factory Tour brochure and full joining instructions will be sent out with your booking confirmation.
