Included in the fee:
Hotel accommodation on the 15th and 16th October near to the Leipzig factory, networking dinner on the 16th October (excluding alcohol), breakfast and lunch on the 16th and 17th October, transfer between the hotel and factory on both days. Delegates are responsible for their own return travel arrangements between the UK and the hotel in Leipzig. This includes but is not limited to all flights and transfers between the airport and hotel.
Cancellations and substitutions policy:
You may make substitutions at any time but please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Regrettably NO refunds can be made for cancellations received less than 45 days prior to the event. If a cancellation is received 45 days or more prior to the event a 50% refund may be given or alternatively a full credit will be provided for use against a similar event within a 12 calendar month period from the date of invoice. All cancellations must be made in writing. Any cancellations made less than 45 days prior to the event must be paid in full.
Payment terms and conditions:
Payment for attendance at this event booked through SayOne Media Ltd is due within 14 days of booking. For bookings received within 30 days of the event full payment is due immediately. Payment can be made by credit card (Visa or MasterCard), BACS or cheque made out to SayOne Media Ltd.
Due to the sensitivity involved in site visits, the host site reserves the right to omit any delegate or delegates from the site visit. Please contact Jon Tudor, LMJ Head of Programmes, if you have any queries regarding eligibility.
Occasionally it may be necessary for reasons beyond our control to amend the contents and timing of a scheduled programme or the identity of speakers.
SayOne Media Ltd reserves the right to preclude any delegate from participating in any event being administered by SayOne Media Ltd.
