Cancellation and substitutions: You may make substitutions of a suitable position/authority level up to 14 days prior to the event, the substitution must be agreed by Hennik Research Ltd. If a cancellation is received 14 days or more prior to the event then there will be no charge. All cancellations must be made in writing.

Change in event: Hennik Research Ltd reserves the right to change the programme, speakers or venue and alter or cancel any published dates without liability.

Data protection: Your details will be held on a database and be used to for marketing purposes of Hennik Group and all associated companies. By attending a Hennik Research Ltd event you consent to your contact details being shared with the third parties directly involved in supporting that event.
