The Manufacturer Directors’ Conference
Attendance to the The Manufacturer Directors’ Conference is subsidised for paid subscribers of The Manufacturer (manufacturing companies only). However, we cannot accept any bookings onto the event until the subscription has been paid in full. Payment can be made by credit card (Visa or MasterCard), BACS or cheque made out to SayOne Media Ltd.
Payment for attendance at any event booked through Say One Media Ltd is due within 14 days of booking. For bookings received within 30 days of the event date full payment is due immediately. All prices are exclusive of VAT. Accommodation is NOT included in the registration fee.
Cancellations and Substitutions Policy:
Regrettably, no refund can be made for cancellations. If a cancellation is received 45 days or more prior to the event a full value credit will be provided for use against a similar event within a 12 calendar month period from the date of invoice. All cancellations must be made in writing.
Subscriber Rate: You may substitute your place at any time with any other paying subscriber of The Manufacturer. A subsidised subscriber place cannot be transferred to a non-subscriber.
Non-Subscriber/Solution Provider Rates: Substitutions can be made at any time.

Factory Tour – Vaillant
Terms & Conditions:
Attendance at a factory tour is subject to approval by the factory tour host site. All early bird discounts require payment before the cut-off date in order to receive the discount. Payment for attendance at any event booked through Say One Media Ltd at the standard delegate rate is due within 14 days of booking. For bookings received within 30 days of the event date full payment is due immediately. All prices are exclusive of VAT. Accommodation is NOT included in the registration fee.

SayOne Media reserves the right to change the programme, speakers or venue and alter or cancel any published dates without liability.
ERP Connect
All early bird discounts require payment before the cut-off date in order to receive the discount. Payment for attendance at any event booked through SayOne Media Ltd at the standard delegate rate is due within 14 days of booking. For bookings received within 30 days of the event date full payment is due immediately. All prices are exclusive of VAT. SayOne Media Ltd reserves the right to preclude any delegate from participating in any event administered by SayOne Media Ltd. By signing/confirming this registration, I hereby confirm that I have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions.
One-to-One Meetings: The one-to-one meetings are arranged during the breaks of the event and are short, informal opportunities to meet with ERP vendors. To qualify for the £95 +VAT delegate rate, the delegate must participate in the scheduled one-to-one meetings with vendors.
Kindles/Accommodation: To quality for the offer you have to book and pay by the earlybird cut-off date and participate in the scheduled one-to-one meetings. Kindles will be available to collect on the day of the conference. Accommodation will be booked and paid for by SayOne Media in your name, you will receive confirmation of the booking prior to the event date.

Data Protection: By attending a SayOne Media event you consent to your contact details being shared with the third parties directly involved in supporting that event. Sometimes your details may be made available to external companies for marketing purposes. SayOne Media reserves the right to change the programme, speakers or venue and alter or cancel any published dates without liability. SayOne Media reserve the right to withdrawn this offer at any time. SayOne Media Ltd reserves the right to preclude any delegate from participating in any event administered by SayOne Media Ltd.
