Complimentary Subscriber Places
Limitations: Complimentary places are for the named paid subscriber only. Subscribers to The Manufacturer have guaranteed attendance at The Manufacturer Series events (manufacturing companies only).

Fee: Attendance at The Manufacturer Series events are free for paying subscribers of The Manufacturer (manufacturing companies only), £395+VAT for non-subscribers from manufacturing companies and £995 +VAT for solution providers/consultants. Accommodation and travel is NOT included in any registration or subscription fee.
Cancellation/No shows: You may cancel your attendance at any point up to 35 days before the event date. After this date we reserve the right to invoice you for £95 +VAT for non-attendance, if this fee has NOT been paid after 30 days this will increase to the full event fee of £395 +VAT. All cancellations must be made in writing.
Substitutions: You may substitute your place at any time with any other paying subscriber of The Manufacturer. A complimentary subscriber place cannot be transferred to a non-subscriber.
Fee/Payment: Attendance to the The Manufacturer Series events is free for paid subscribers of The Manufacturer. However, we cannot accept any bookings onto these events until the subscription has been paid in full. Payment can be made by credit card (Visa or MasterCard), BACS or cheque made out to Hennik Research Ltd.
Completely Free Places
Cancellation and Substitutions Policy: Free attendance is available to manufacturing companies only. Cancellations made up to 35 days before the event date incur no charge. Cancellations made within 45 days of event date incur a £95 fee. You may make substitutions at any time to avoid this charge.

Data Protection: Your details will be held on a database and be used to for marketing purposes of Hennik Group and all associated companies. By attending a Hennik Research Ltd event you consent to your contact details being shared with the third parties directly involved in supporting that event. Sometimes your details may be made available to external companies for marketing purposes. Hennik Research Ltd reserve the right to withdrawn this offer at any time. Hennik Research Ltd reserves the right to preclude any delegate from participating in any event administered by Hennik Research Ltd.
