Conforming to best practice ITIL standards, our service desk is totally committed delivering a professional, helpful and competent service.

We know that our customers appreciate being able to talk to people they know and who understand their business. Throughout the company’s history, maintaining close working relationships with our customers has been essential. We never lose sight of the fact that their use of our products is an integral part of their business, and our future depends on how we continue to produce best of breed software that enables our customers to thrive and progress. Our first customer remains a customer today and many others have partnered with us now for well over 20 years.
