Barratt Redrow

Barratt Redrow is the UK’s largest housebuilder, formed in 2024 when Barratt Developments - a leading national homebuilder founded in 1958 - acquired Redrow, a respected British housebuilder established in 1974. The combined company aims to leverage scale, quality, sustainability and cost efficiencies to meet strong housing demand, though the integration has involved office closures and workforce restructuring. Barratt Redrow also continues to win industry quality awards and focus on customer satisfaction.
