Smiles all round: Duo UK announce new contract win with PhotoBox
Manchester-based polythene packaging manufacturer Duo Plastics UK has won the contract with PhotoBox, the European market leader for online photo printing.
The contract will see Duo become the sole supplier of PhotoBox’s bespoke branded mailing bags.
Family-owned Duo, which turns over £20m, was chosen as the packaging partner for PhotoBox following a client recommendation. The contract win will see Duo provide all of the printing brand’s European outbound mail order packaging of their custom-made products including photo books, canvas prints, mugs, cards and clothing.

Duo will fulfil the requirements for PhotoBox’s newly designed branded polythene packaging which features a vibrant green mono-layer polythene mailing bag with a silver design printed on both sides. The wallpaper design consists of mini icons of the personalised items available through PhotoBox including bags, mugs and canvases.
Duo which will celebrates its 25th year in business this year, manufactures bespoke packaging products for leading e-retail, retail, mail order and industrial brands with all aspects of the manufacturing process carried out in house.
