Award-winning Microsoft Dynamics reseller, eBECS Limited, which operates from offices in the UK, North America, Saudi Arabia, Jordan and China, today announced its acquisition of the business and key assets of fellow business solutions consultancy ePartners UK Limited, a Microsoft Gold Partner and subsidiary of ePartners Inc.
ePartners UK specialises in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions based on the Microsoft Dynamics platform, in which it holds Microsoft Gold certifications in both ERP and CRM. ePartners UK has an excellent industry reputation with a blue-chip customer base, especially in manufacturing and professional services.
Announcing the acquisition, Sam Sammour, chairman of eBECS, said, “This is a strategic acquisition and a major step forward in advancing our long-term growth plan, a Microsoft-centric strategy that is based on extending eBECS’ reach to new industry verticals, and greater alignment of eBECS products and services to the Microsoft Dynamics product set.”
Kevin Hall, chief executive of eBECS, said “By combining the expertise and synergy between eBECS and ePartners UK, we will create a potent force in the ERP market with eBECS becoming one of the largest Microsoft Dynamics resellers in the UK. The resulting organisation with over 120 Microsoft Dynamics professionals will be better placed to serve a customer base of more than 130 organisations across the world.”
Kevin Hall added, “ePartners UK is a first-class business, with an excellent range of skills and people, delivering quality business solutions to a range of high-profile customers. There is a strong cultural fit between eBECS and ePartners UK and this will allow us to provide all our customers with increased bandwidth, improved intellectual property and greater scalability.”
In recognition of this exciting announcement, Steve Morrow, Director, Microsoft Dynamics UK, said, “The merger of two of our more successful Microsoft Dynamics partners is an exciting move and is completely in line with our stated desire to have a smaller number of larger, more focused partners in the UK marketplace. The combination of eBECS’ strength in lean manufacturing and ePartners UK’s expertise in the services sector provides an ideal match that is fully endorsed by Microsoft.”
