WASTE heat recovery specialist Green’s has recently almost doubled the size of its design, engineering and manufacturing facility and invested in a range of new capital equipment to meet increasing demand for its products from customers in the UK and overseas.
The Green’s factory in Wakefield is now some 8,500 SqM from where its team design and produce a wide range of bespoke boilers, economisers, air heaters and other fabricated parts that have been installed in 42 countries around the world.
Green’s managing director Matthew Crewe says: “Last year we supplied products weighing over 3,000 tonnes consisting of almost 100,000 tubes totalling 3,000km in length. Our extended and improved facilities will significantly boost our output keeping us at the forefront of meeting increased demand from companies that want to recover waste heat efficiently to enable them to maximise energy usage and cut costs.”
