Sam Stannah accepts that to grow in a meaningful way, the company has to broaden the span of its supply chain. But to guard against volatility, more local, UK based, and even dual-sourcing has to be taken into consideration. A tricky balance, “a game of Tetris with your supply chain,” as Sam puts it.
