This film, made for KMF Precision Metal and originally released in March, shows third year apprentice Sam Dutton demonstrating a laser cutting machine, sheet metal bending machine, TIG welding and team leadership. Some of the skills needed to perform his job require “110 per cent concentration”.
The work is challenging and varied. Oh, and he has a laugh with his work mates every day.
