Lord Sugar made some interesting suggestions for how to improve the manufacturing industry during his speech in the House of Lords speech on 8th December 2011. One of his suggestions was to put some of the Government’s recent £125m worth of funding into ‘incubator factories’ which would utilise empty industrial premises throughout the country.
