At The Royal Mint, the UK’s oldest company, e-waste from the circuit boards of laptops and phones is being turned into jewellery .
The Welsh manufacturer has been minting coins for over a thousand years, but are now turning their attention to tackling a huge issue in the UK, with households projected to produce over 80 million metric tonnes by 2030.
