President Barack Obama was in Germany at the end of April to attend Hannover Messe 2016, the world’s largest industrial technology fair.
The US was this year’s partner country for the event and the opening ceremony was hosted by the President and German Chancellor Angela Merkel.
In his speech, President Obama highlighted the US Government’s commitment to strengthening the US manufacturing industry as well as the importance of free trade.
