Phil has over 25 years’ experience in a number of industry verticals including Government, Financial Services, Services/Outsourcing, Retail and Manufacturing. Previous roles have seen Phil as a customer advocate and responsible for setting preferences and creating a market for the UK Retail and Services industries for Avaya and a member of the IBM software business team. After joining Microsoft, he spent four years looking after relationships with some of the largest retail customers in the UK. Phil is now Discrete Manufacturing Industry Lead and believes in working closely with his customers, forming partnerships at all levels and across all lines of business.
Mark Daniels, European Market Development Manager, Rockwell Automation
Mark has a BSc in Control Engineering and has worked at Rockwell Automation for over 30 years. During the webinar he will describe Rockwell’s technology journey and explain the company’s end-to-end implementation of the latest industry 4.0 technology, giving some fascinating real world insight.

Nick is a seasoned reporter and foreign correspondent and has worked for the likes of the BBC, ITV, Sunday Times and Scotland on Sunday. From 2014, Nick has presented a weekly radio programme called Shop Floor, which reports on anything and everything to do with the workplace. Nick joined The Manufacturer at the end of 2016 as the publication’s new Editorial Director and has help manage and deliver the magazine and website’s insightful and renowned content covering the industrial space.
