At Smart Manufacturing Week, Sandhya took part in a panel discussion – Shaping Inclusive Industries. Manufacturers play a critical role in shaping the future of inclusive economies. As the sector continues to grow digitally, adapt environmentally, and shift to meet global supply chain challenges, there is a growing need to ensure that these transformations do not leave workers and communities behind.
Sandhya discusses how manufacturers can embed inclusivity into their operations, workforce development, and innovation strategies. She claims that “diversity is fun!” With different mindsets, personalities and experiences coming together, it creates a stimulating place to work.
