adi Group appoints two new sales directors, as it looks to deliver on five-year growth plan

Multidisciplinary engineering business adi Group has announced the appointment of two new Sales Directors, as it looks to continue on its path of growth and success.

Mike Hodgson has joined as sales director for adi Group’s Food and Beverage division, whlie Randy Ekakitie fills the role of sales director for Oil and Gas at adi Projects.

With over 20 years of experience in sales and business development within the Food and Beverage manufacturing sector, Hodgson is well-equipped to drive the business’ sales efforts and identify new opportunities for growth in the market. Throughout his career, he has been known for building strong relationships with customers and delivering exceptional results.

Speaking of his new role within adi Group, Hodgson commented: “I’m delighted to bring my industry experience to adi Group, and to contribute to the continued success of its Food and Beverage division. With the ever-growing demand for innovative solutions in this sector, I look forward to creating new opportunities and delivering outstanding value for our clients.”

Commenting on this strategic addition to the team, Mike Parkins, managing director of adi Food & Beverage, said: “I am pleased to welcome Mike to the team, who brings a unique set of skills and specialised knowledge to our division. As we move into our exciting next five-year growth plan, this position will play a vital role in extending our double-digit growth year-on-year by enhancing sales capabilities. Meanwhile, Ekakitie will focus on generating leads and driving sales, as well as contributing to the business’ strategic growth.

With a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, a master’s degree in Oil & Gas Engineering and an MBA, as well as over 15 years of international experience, he has substantial expertise in driving strategy and sales growth. As a chartered engineer, he has also successfully led numerous projects, working within a variety of industries including oil and gas, energy, recycling and mining.
