It was a week to remember for Unipart Logistics after the company recently scooped three major supply chain accolades in one week.
The company’s automotive division took both the Overall Winner trophy and the Automotive, Aerospace & Defence Award at the European Supply Chain Excellence Awards last month.
Less than a week later they also took out the Aftermarket Parts Logistics trophy at the Automotive Supply Chain Global Awards.
Commenting on the award wins, Mike Varnom, Managing Director of Unipart Logistics’ Aftermarket Division, said: “To receive three of supply chain’s most prestigious awards in one week is a remarkable achievement, one which makes me proud of the dedication, experience and sheer excellence of the Unipart teams that serve the automotive aftermarket, both in the UK and globally.”
The Overall Winner trophy at the European Supply Chain Excellence Awards was awarded to the company for its management of the global aftermarket support operation for 1.2 million Jaguar cars around the world. In the running for the trophy was a shortlist of 89 organistations.
