Lloyd Morris Electrical, manufacturers of electrical distribution products, has relocated to a new site following a £450,000 investment from Barclays.
The firm will also use the funding to create 15 new jobs in 2015.
The manufacturer, which has 150 staff members and was founded in 1974, acquired new premises in Llay, near Wrexham.
Barry Lewis, managing director said: “We have been an important local employer for Wrexham and the surrounding area for the last 40 years, and this new investment will bring in new business, securing jobs and creating new employment opportunities for the local community.”
Corporate relationship manager for Barclays, Paul Ffoulkes said: “This is a significant investment in a competitive market and paints a very bright future for the business.
“This is an indigenous Welsh business, growing in a competitive sector and looking to expand.”
