Berkeley Myles Solutions, developers of ProgressPlus, has recently marked a significant milestone in the company’s history.
It has been 15 years since the three directors Tony MacBride, Martin Brawley and Mark Holmes bought Berkeley Myles Solutions, having now quadrupled the company’s turnover.
When the directors took control of the company in 1999, the production control software was installed in 40 sites. Today, ProgressPlus is used by 2500 people daily within nearly 300 companies.
Tony MacBride, managing director of Berkeley Myles Solutions, commented: “We are very happy with the success we have achieved so far and how ProgressPlus has become a leading business management system for manufacturers. We are growing fast and have ambitious growth plans for the future”
He continued: “Since we bought Berkeley Myles Solutions in 1999, our values have been to provide what our customers need. This customer focus has helped the business grow and the product change year on year. This has resulted in us increasing staff numbers and this the business moving to larger premises. There are now over 2,500 ProgressPlus users throughout the UK operating and more importantly getting benefit from the system.”
For 15 years, the company has maintained its reputation for providing high quality software and service to UK manufacturers supplying into high traceability industries such as aerospace, oil and gas, Formula 1 and defence. With consistent growth, the company is looking forward to a further upward trajectory as it enhances its brand in UK.
