Since 1989, solution provider for industrial grade PCs, motherboards, panel PC and embedded systems for display BVM Limited has seen a steady growth.

To support it, the company has moved to new premises in Swanmore, Southampton, giving it nearly twice the floor space of its previous facility in Hedge End, some seven miles away. As well as the increased space, BVM is also commissioning environmental testing facilities, enabling systems to be subjected to long term hot and cold temperature cycling ensuring compliance with stringent customer specifications.

BVM’s component, sub-assemblies and systems are in everyday use around the world in a range of industrials sectors such as airports, rail infrastructure, manufacturing plants, marine applications, power stations, oil terminals and nuclear facilities.

The sustained growth at BVM is said to be the result of several main drivers such as “developments in added value, a focus on working closely with key customers on system development, reinvigoration of its distribution channel and product portfolio expansion.”

BVM has considerable experience of Windows XP Embedded (XPE & FES) and Windows Embedded Standard 7 (WES7) based systems, with many custom ports supplied, installed and operating in live customer environments. BVM is also a Windows Embedded Partner.
