Comark, which designs and manufactures computer and display solutions for automation control applications, has purchased industrial computer and LCD maker Total Control Solutions for an undisclosed amount.
In a statement, Comark said the addition of Total Control Solutions would allow the company to immediately expand the breadth and depth of standard, built to order, and engineered to order solutions for the industrial automation, transportation, and test and measurement sectors.
“TCS is a great fit within the Comark family of ruggedized computer and display solutions for industry. Their ability to tailor and deliver solutions quickly and efficiently will help to expand our overall platform and offerings” said Steve Schott, CEO of Comark.
TCS will continue to operate out of their Minneapolis, Minnesota facility.
