DS Smith collaborates with Versuni on sustainable fiber-based packaging solution for Philiips
DS Smith has partnered with Versuni to create an innovative fibre-based packaging solution for the Philips Baristina coffee machine.
The fibre-based packaging solution is made from materials that are recycled and recyclable. Additionally, there are no plastic bags within the box. More via The Manufacturer
Bike manufacturer Raleigh opens new headquarters
Bike manufacturer Raleigh has opened its new headquarters in Nottinghamshire.
The business has been based at Church Street in Eastwood since the early 2000s.
Its head office is now being moved less than a mile away to Durban House, which was built in the 19th Century and was the local collieries wages office, where the father of author DH Lawrence worked. More via BBC News

The Friends of Romsey Abbey recently enjoyed a tour of a jigsaw manufacturer on Cranborne Chase.
