A UK manufacturer of bespoke and innovative ceramic-based solutions has produced key parts for a new ozone plant in Bahrain.
In a recent six-figure deal, Stoke-on-Trent-based Mantec Technical Ceramics has shipped specialist ceramic diffuser tubes and installation ancillaries that are currently being incorporated into one of the largest public sector ozone plants to be built in the Middle East in more than 10 years. Airbus revives plans for UK helicopter factory
Airbus is preparing to revive plans for a new helicopter factory in the UK as part of its attempt to secure a £1bn contract from the Ministry of Defence (MoD).

Owner of Belfast shipyard that built Titanic to enter administration
Harland & Wolff, the owner of the Belfast shipyard that built the Titanic, is to enter into administration this week after failing to find new funding, in a blow to UK government hopes of shipbuilding in the city.
