Airbus, Leonardo and Thales look to combine space operations
Airbus, Leonardo and Thales have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at combining their respective space activities into a new company.

Glacier Energy set to close North East site one year after takeover
A manufacturing firm, Glacier Energy Manufacturing Limited has confirmed the closure of its Stockton-on-Tees site – one year after taking over a long-standing business.

NMITE Academic to host International Engineering ‘unconference’
NMITE is set to host an International Engineering “Unconference” on 6–7 November 2025 at its Skylon Park Campus in Hereford — an event that promises to challenge convention and inspire change in STEM.
